Kayla and Daelyn in the Leads Department deserve some recognition! They always seem to be in a good mood. Anytime you talk to them or have a question they are always helpful. I’ve never had an instance where either of them came off as rude towards me (or anyone else) and you very rarely see them have a “bad” day. They have a “kind” soul 🙂
