Who Do You Want to Be?

“You do what you do because of what you think of you!”  This week remember that your thoughts matter, and the things you are telling yourself about the person you are and job you do will affect how you feel and what you say.

You Can Make It!

You never know what burdens your coworkers are carrying or what they are going through. Be aware of those around you. Just a smile and an acknowledgement of people around you such as, “Hi! How was your weekend?” can go a very long way. We all have lives outside of Senior Life. Remember to show You Can Make It!

Thank you IT!!!!!

February is Black History Month!

Black History Month is an annual celebration of achievements by African Americans and a time for recognizing their central role in U.S. history. Also known as African American History Month, the event grew out of “Negro History Week,” the brainchild of noted historian Carter G. Woodson and other prominent African Americans. Since 1976, every U.S. February is Black History Month!
