We received an email from Ms. P. today which included her appreciation for Casey’s help even though she is cancelling her policy.
She stated: “I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Casey within the Cancellation Department who assisted me today. What a pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable employee you have. I hope Senior Life knows how well she represents your company. “
